  • ¼ cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1. In a bowl, whisk the granulated white sugar, ground cinnamon, and sea salt together.
  2. Heat the honey in the microwave for 5-10 seconds or until it’s easily pourable. Whisk the lemon juice and honey together in a separate bowl.
  3. Cut the Pink Lady apple into thin slices using a mandolin.
  4. Place the apple slices into the bowl with the lemon juice mixture and toss to combine. Lay the slices out on parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. Put a single layer of apple slices into the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  6. Gently sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture onto both sides of the apple slices.
  7. Cook the apple slices in the air fryer at 300°F for 8 minutes on one side and 3-4 minutes on the other, or until they are light golden around the edges. Remove from the air fryer and let them cool before serving.
